Great central location near the airport and ferry terminal with fantastic staff that made us feel welcomed and at ease.

the staff were fairly friendly and assisted us with free parking.

Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Surat Thani. I thoroughly enjoyed the well-kept and large rooms with ac. Excellent central location not far from the night market or the departure for travelling to one of the islands, the town centre and the Bus terminal. It also was on the next available ferry.

The owners are super nice, friendly, and helpful. Location is perfect for travel with night boats within walking distance. The rooms are clean and new, with excellent air conditioning and wifi. The owners provided complimentary cold water upon arrival and free breakfast in the morning. The hostel is situated near Thai nature, adding to its charm.

What a surprise! This hotel was an incredible find, especially considering the price. The owners were so welcoming and helpful, going out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The room was spacious, with all the amenities we needed and more. And the location was perfect, away from the busy city center but with easy access to local shops and markets. Likes - Spending Christmas at this hotel was a great decision. the rooms were comfortable and offered great facilities. the location was perfect, as it was easily accessible through small streets and alleys. the owner's friendly nature was a huge plus, as they drove us around town and assisted us with transportation.

Dislikes - the breakfast was basic and lacked variety, as the only options were toast, noodles or crackers. Even with the unlimited tea and coffee, it was not enough to satisfy our appetites.

We had a wonderful stay in this guesthouse. The owners are friendly and go above and beyond to make sure guests are happy. They drove us to the night market and pier, and even picked us up there. The staff were very thoughtful and always eager to help in any way they could. The room itself was clean and spacious and the simple breakfast provided was just what we needed before heading off on our journey.

This hotel is an outstanding place with lovely owners. The rooms are spotless clean with comfortable beds and good facilities that include AC and breakfast. The staff go above and beyond to make sure guests have a great stay, like taking them to the ferry port or night markets.

The hotel is located outside of the city center down a dark street which made me feel a bit unsafe. It wasn't close to any of the major touristic attractions, so there wasn't much to do in the immediate area. the rooms were modern and clean, just like a hotel.

The staff wasn't very accommodating and didn't seem interested in helping us with anything.

The drivers were friendly and spoke English. Their location was close to local shops which was perfect for getting some snacks. Plus, they gave free bottles of water which was nice on a hot day.

The hotel had very thin walls so I could hear everything from next door. I had to switch rooms twice because of noisy neighbors.
